Semiconductor High School Teacher Bootcamp
Monday - Friday: July 7 - 11, 2025
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
What you receive: SCECHs (6 per day), stipend, take-home kits and resources
Want to learn more about semiconductors and how to incorporate them into your technology lessons? During this five-day hands-on workshop, you will:
- Learn how semiconductors are made, how they work, and what they’re used for
- Integrate semiconductor and microelectronics lessons into existing technology curricula
- Learn what steps students need to take to pursue careers in the fast-growing semiconductor industry
- Network with other educators to share best practices and enhance engineering opportunities at your school
This will be a week of hands-on, active lessons using accessible electronic technologies. Minimal background needed!
This workshop is recommended for high school teachers teaching technology-focused courses.
