Mr. Michael Scherer is an Executive Consultant at Atlante, a strategy and operations firm providing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Mr. Scherer is a seasoned management consultant and executive leader with more than 20 years of hands-on experience across all functional areas of an organization, and a proven track record in business development and efficient service delivery. He is skilled at leveraging data and decision support tools to eliminate waste and implement operations improvements that increase customer satisfaction and drive sustainable economic growth. In addition to consulting to numerous privately-held and public companies, he has managed sales and operations teams at various companies across North America and Europe.

Mr. Scherer earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Detroit. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Scherer served as Executive Director at J.D. Power and Associates as well as Manager in the Strategy Consulting practice at Accenture before starting Atlante. He is regularly called upon to provide advisory services and serve in interim management and leadership roles for organizations.
