IGVC robot Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition

Each year, undergraduate and graduate students in the Electrical and Computer Engineering programs compete in the Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition.

The competition includes the following challenges:

  • Autonomous Challenge,
  • Design Challenge,
  • Navigation Challenge,
  • JAUS (Joint Architecture for Unmanned Systems) Challenge

The Detroit Mercy teams are very competitive and captured first place in this international event.
