Mathematics

Committment
We are committed to excellence in instruction in computer science, mathematics and mathematics-related disciplines. The Department is recognized within the UDM community and nationally for a caring and innovative teaching of both mathematics and computer science majors, and for supporting mathematics courses for those pursuing other studies.
Many of the courses offered by the department make use of software used by professionals so that students have experience with tools used in research and industry.
