First Job

During your first job you will have to transition from being a student and working on home work sets to being a professional who works on longer projects. This transition is easier if you have worked as a coop student during your education. Some things you will notice about your first job is that you have much more independence than when you were a student. Sometimes early in your career you will have control over staff employees.
