Ms. Boisvenu graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1998. She is currently a Project Engineer with Giffels-Webster Engineers.  Her major responsibilities include municipal engineering design, preparation of bidding documents, contract administration, and construction coordination.
