College recognizes academic excellence at Honors Convocation

The College of Engineering & Science recognizes more than 140 students for their outstanding academic achievements by awarding Scholar Key Awards and Scholar Certificate Awards at the Honors Convocation on March 20.

More than 80 students received Scholar Key Awards for maintaining a nearly perfect GPA, including seven freshmen that maintained a 4.0 GPA.

Nearly 60 students obtained the Scholar Certificate Awards for their outstanding GPA’s. 

Additional department academic awards and service leader awards were also presented at the ceremony.

“We are proud of all of our students,” says Dean Gary Kuleck.  “This ceremony allows us to publicly recognize the accomplishments of our young men and women.”
