Benvenuto/Roberts-Kirchhoff Co-author chapters

Professors Mark Benvenuto and Elizabeth Roberts-Kirchhoff co-authored three chapters in the Chemistry of Food, Food Supplements, and Food Contact, in the American Chemical Society (ACS) Symposium Series 1159 (2014). Two chapters were co-authored by undergraduates Jessica LaBond and Nic Stroeters and by Alexa Shroeder and Zach Smith, respectively, on the chemical analysis of dietary supplements widely used in industry.
