The College of Engineering & Science is grateful for the support we receive from our alumni and friends. You are a vital part of our community, and we hope you will stay connected with your alma mater.
Not sure how? We have a few suggestions:
Keep in touch with your classmates
If you are willing to provide information for a public biography or profile with photos on the E&S web pages. Contact the E&S Dean’s Office.
Submit Alumni News to UDM Class Notes
Guide our co-op students
Co-op is still a vital part of the engineering programs, and a growing part of the science programs. The mentoring provided by our students’ co-op employers is one of the greatest benefits of the UDM education. Contact our Engineering Career Office if you are interested in learning more.
Judge senior projects
As many engineering alumni will likely remember, most engineering programs have a senior capstone design project. If you would be willing to be a judge on the project, contact the department chair in the relevant area.
Help with Technology Discovery Day
Usually held in April, Tech Day is our chance to show high school students about engineering and science careers. If you have an exciting or interactive display, contact our pre-college programs director about getting involved.
Dean's Advisory Board
The Advisory Board members serve to create linkages on behalf of the College with the business community and to assist in the recruitment of students and placement of students in co-ops, internships or jobs. They also help strengthen academic programs and generate financial support for the College.
The E&S Alumni Board is for alumni who want to actively engage the UDM E&S community. These board members regularly speak in classes or at student organization meetings. Contact the E&S Dean’s office if you want to be involved.
