Thesis/Dissertation Documents & Guidelines
Students completing a graduate thesis will need to utilize the three documents listed below:

- Public defense of thesis (copy of email/notice of defense should be provided to E & S Records office)
- Report from thesis submission to plagiarism detection software (thesis chair will provide to E & S Records office)
- Signed cover page
- Electronic submission of thesis
Master's thesis - email final version with signed cover page to ESRecordsOffice.com
Doctoral thesis - submit to ProQuest Electronic Submission of Dissertation
